We engineer decks properly — correct footing depths, proper ledger attachment, and structure sized for the load and span. Every deck is permitted and inspected, which matters when you sell your home. Unpermitted decks can become a problem at closing. Outdoor kitchens can include gas grills, burners, refrigerators, sinks, and stone or stucco cabinet bases. We coordinate gas and electrical rough-in with licensed subcontractors we manage.
